Four Corners Capital Management (“Four Corners”) collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

Four Corners will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. You have a right to instruct us to not to share certain information (other than information about our transactions and experiences with you) from your account applications, or information we receive from third parties, among affiliated companies. Disposal of Personal Information
It is Four Corners ’ policy that all extraneous documents containing any non-public personal information or sensitive client information shall be burned, shredded, or destroyed (this includes documents earmarked for recycling). In addition, any non-public personal information saved in a storage medium that is being sold or disposed of, must be removed from the medium. In the event that Four Corners maintains contracts with service providers for services involving the disposal or destruction of consumer report information, the contracts must explicitly require the “proper” disposal of documents containing non-public personal information.
